Project Scope & Execution

The client engaged Innovecta to provide additional senior overhead line input during construction, with a focus on:

  • Consistent erection and stringing practices across work fronts
  • Clear understanding of approved methods on site
  • Support to supervisors during key stages of work
  • Adapted training aligned to live activities and site conditions
  • Maintaining controlled, repeatable ways of working

The role was to strengthen day-to-day delivery while supporting safe, efficient progress of the works.

Innovecta provided senior overhead line technical support, working alongside the client’s construction and engineering teams including:

  • Reviewing erection & stringing activities as they were carried out on site
  • Supporting supervisors and engineers during planning and execution
  • Providing clear, practical guidance based on modern OHTL techniques and current best practice
  • Deliver focused, tailored on-site training to suit the workforce and scope

All support was aligned with the client’s approved documentation and project requirements.

Impact & Results

The additional support helped achieve greater consistency in erection and stringing practices, improved understanding of methods at supervisor and team level, and better alignment between planning and site activity. This reduced exposure during critical stages of work and increased confidence across active work areas, supporting steady progress while helping reduce risk and inefficiency on site.
